1,000 employees of NEC Toppan in Calamba
City, Laguna celebrated their christmas party at their own frontyard.
Remspec's task was to manage the entire event, from providing the
jumbo white canopy tents to providing food and entertainment. Good
thing that the tent was there since it was raining hard that night.
Another good thing is that employees still had a good time despite
the heavy rains.
Venue/Accommodations: Company Grounds, Calamba City, Laguna
Entertainment: live band entertainment(2 groups), a group of dancers, 2 stand-up
comedians
as emcees
Food: Buffet Dinner
Logistical Requirements: Stage Backdrop design, White Canopy
tents for all guests and buffet stations, mobile lights and sounds. |
