Choosing the right venue for your event isn't as hard as it seems
when you can provide all the necessary logistical requirements (like
enough lighting, sufficient ventilation, etc.) and turn any empty
warehouse or open field into your event venue. This is what we made
for Totoku Philippines' Christmas Party. They had a spare empty warehouse
and we converted it to their very own party place. Everyone went
home happy except for those who opt not to attend coz they thought
the party will turn out to be a flop.
Venue/Accommodations: An empty Warehouse w/o any
lighting system inside the Carmelray Industrial Park II, Calamba
City, Laguna.
Entertainment: 2 stand-up comedians as emcees and
a band as guest performer.
Food: Buffet Dinner
Logistical Requirements: Complete Buffet Set-up
and Dining Tables and Chairs, Professional Staging, Halogen Flood
Lights, Several Industrial Fans to provide enough ventilation, Widescreen
and two-cam Video Coverage w/ onsite editing effects projected live
onscreen, Draft beers and dispensers. |
